Ok some points for those who may venture near to this little town. To begin there is NO laundry matt anywhere in either port or south hedland!!! Lost a serious part of today chasing rainbows looking for a place to wash our clothes, only to learn there is no where to do so. Also overfull caravan parks are not inclined to allow those of us in the overflow to wander onto their place and make use of their machines either. Guess that answered that question. Next point, Pt Hedland Golf Club does fish and chips on Friday nights....a pleasant evening was had by all including us and our new neighbours for tonite in the carpark here at the Golf Club. Would seem we are staying a while longer as expected mail has not arrived.
